1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

Communications may be stored, reviewed, or disclosed for investigations or improvements. Objectionable content (spam, fraud) may not be delivered.

If you represent a business listed on the Service, we may contact you using your provided or publicly available information. Calls may be monitored or recorded.

d. Transactions

If you initiate a transaction (e.g., order), we may collect and store your name, phone, address, email, payment info, and other data needed to process it. This data may be shared with third parties. Payment data is encrypted. Reviews of businesses with which you transact may show that you interacted with them.

e. Activity

We may store information about your use, such as searches, pages viewed, businesses you interact with, and requests you make. We may also collect technical/device info: browser type, device type, IP address, carrier, identifiers, geolocation, WiFi SSID, etc. You may be able to limit sharing via device or browser settings.

f. Different Devices

We may collect and combine information across devices and platforms you use (web, mobile app). Contributions are visible across all platforms.

5. Data Retention and Account Termination

You may close your account by emailing info@ownershipeconomy.com.
We will remove certain public posts from view and/or dissociate them from your account profile, but we may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law. Businesses cannot remove their listings, reviews, or ratings by closing accounts.


6. Children

The Service is for general audiences, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If discovered, we will delete such data and terminate accounts.


7. Security

We use safeguards to protect submitted personal information, but no system is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
