Brenna Davis is the CEO of Organically Grown Company, the largest independent organic produce distributor in the U.S. and one of the first to transition to Perpetual Purpose Trust ownership in the US. An environmental scientist turned CEO, Brenna brings a rare systems perspective to corporate governance, blending ecological insight with decades of executive leadership across seven industries and companies ranging from $20 million family businesses to $200 billion multinationals.

 Her career is rooted in transforming business into a force for regeneration. She has led purpose-driven strategy at PCC Community Markets, collaborated with the Obama Administration on climate and health, and now stewards one of the most recognized examples of trust-based ownership in the U.S.

 Brenna serves on the boards of Global Ocean Health and the Perpetual Purpose Trust Ownership Network, and is an NACD-certified director and Human Potential coach.
