Before founding Zolidar, Ashish spent 11 years at Google in various product and leadership roles, building ads and commerce products. He also led AI and computer vision-based new product incubation at Matterport, establishing the foundational building blocks that became central to their IPO narrative. His expertise spans applied AI, product strategy, and leading global teams across multiple technology domains.

A passionate believer in the magic of employee ownership to align incentives and drive benevolent capitalism, Ashish is creating digital infrastructure for a business's employee-ownership lifecycle—from evaluating employee ownership to preparing for it, implementing it, and operating with it. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico. His early career work at Los Alamos National Laboratory included developing bioinformatics tools that were adopted by leading research institutions.
