CEO Integrity Community Solutions, Inc. Former CEO of ROC USA

Paul Bradley has committed his 36-year career to making shared-equity cooperative ownership of manufactured (“mobile”) home communities (“MHC”) viable and successful nationwide. As the Founder and former CEO of ROC USA, he led the development of the $200M social venture that supports more than 340 co-ops and 24,000 Member-owners in 21 states.

In 2023, he announced his Jan. 1, 2025, transition to a new subsidiary – Integrity Community Solutions – which shares ROC USA’s mission and is helping accelerate the growth of co-op ownership by acquiring value-add MHCs (i.e., communities that have vacancy or expansion potential in which ICS can place and sell new affordable and energy-efficient factory-built homes.) Upon achieving 100% owner occupancy, ICS will offer each community to the residents as a co-op, which will have access to ROC USA’s training and financing services.

In 2011, Paul was selected as an Ashoka Fellow and, in 2013, was named Social Innovator of the Year by the Carsey Institute at the University of New Hampshire, his alma mater. Coinciding with ROC USA’s 10 th anniversary in 2018, Paul was inducted in the Cooperative Hall of Fame.

Paul lives in Concord, N.H. with Martha, his wife. They are the proud parents of two adult daughters. In addition to his family and profession, his passion runs deep for telemark skiing, mountain biking, and his fruit and vegetable garden.
