Lindsey served as senior economist and foreign service officer at USAID for 10 years overseeing the design and management of $160 million in programs across 34 countries with direct oversight of $35 million in funds to catalyze private capital and promote inclusive growth. She is a research fellow at United Nations University and holds an MSC from the London School of Economics in Development Economics and a BA from Trinity College in Political Science.
